The Bakery & Patisserie Kiosk is designed for cake studios, artisanal bakeries and dessert brands moving from cloud kitchens into visible retail. In a mall corridor or high-street frontage, the product is the marketing — so the entire elevation is built around an uninterrupted refrigerated glass display running the customer-facing length of the counter.

It suits brands selling pastries, entremets, cookies and celebration cakes, where impulse purchase depends on presentation. The layout separates a chilled display zone, a billing point and a rear packing station so one or two staff can run the full counter during peak hours without crossing paths.

Zoning & customer flow

The front 60% of the footprint is display and transaction: customers approach, browse the chilled vitrine, and pay at a raised billing ledge at one end. The rear 40% holds under-counter refrigeration, dry storage for boxes and ribbon, and a packing surface at working height.
