A design-only studio hands you drawings and a shortlist of contractors, then steps back once the tender goes out. If the contractor misreads a detail or the kitchen equipment doesn't fit the drawn layout, that gap becomes your problem to manage during the build, usually while rent is already running. We remove that gap by owning both ends. The layout gets checked against what our fabrication floor and site team can actually deliver before it's finalised.
Full-service restaurant interiors, bar counters and back-bar joinery, custom banquette and loose furniture, kitchen and back-of-house layout coordinated with your exhaust and equipment plan, and the finishing work, flooring, lighting and cladding, that a restaurant needs. Everything structural or fixed is fabricated in our Powai unit and installed on site.
Cost tracks scope closely. Kitchen equipment and exhaust work, bar build-out, and the extent of custom joinery and finishes are the biggest cost drivers, more than raw square footage on its own. We lock a bill of quantities against your brief before quoting, so the number reflects your specific layout and finish level. Timeline follows the same logic: a straightforward space on a ready shell moves faster than one needing structural change or a full commercial kitchen build. We commit to a date against the locked BOQ and hold it.
